Mr. Schwartz is a retired educator of thirty‐one years for the Meade 46‐1 school district in Sturgis, SD, where he taught science and technology. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree (1969) from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD.  Lowell also is an investor and philanthropist that seeks out opportunities that impact the world by serving human needs.  Lowell also owned and managed a successful motorcycle retail business in Sturgis in the early 1980’s. After selling that business, he became a partner in a wholesale and retail printing business, in Sturgis. He owned, managed and operated this business from 1982 until 2007.  Lowell’s passion is to serve others in need. Lowell is a deacon and actively involved within his community and church.  His love is for God, his wife Debbie of forty years, family and church is apparent through his life’s works.  When not working, Lowell enjoys traveling, motorcycling, fishing, corvettes, carpentry and auto restoration.
